Gentle Franklin and his brother Felix were rescued from Rockledge Ranch in Colorado Springs which intended on demonstrating how to slaughter and butcher the boys in front of a paying audience. A local citizen was outraged, and, after petitioning and applying pressure to the facility, got Franklin and Felix surrendered to Luvin’ Arms. At only a year and a half, Franklin is already dealing with intense arthritis in his legs due to the intense selective breeding common for farmed pigs, making getting around challenging, but it does not deter him from sharing love and happy grunts with visitors and caregivers who shower with him with attention.

Arya and Sebastian came together from an individual trying to start a backyard goat dairy in Colorado. Seen as commodities rather than the sentient beings they are, they were a hindrance to be unburdened when the individual had to move out of state. Luvin Arms welcomed them in, and Arya has been melting hearts with her loving nature. Curious yet patient, Arya delights in snuggle time with humans, braving her pernickety herdmates and delivering head butts herself to ensure she can share love.
